The User-Friendly Troop Information Manager for Windows (tm)

It is time Trooper retired. Trooper was a labor of love, and I learned a lot about programming. Ultimately I'm pretty confident it made more money for Scout Life magazine than for me. The BSA (now Scouting America) has moved on from ScoutNET, the programming languages have moved on, and I have moved on, and the chance of it coming back is basically nil.

I thank all my customers in years past, and hope it helped your troops.
